Let’s admit it… Most of us have gone through one of the many available automatic car washes at some point or another! I’ve done it, have you? 

Why Do We Use Them? 

First things first, they are very convenient and quick. We are in a hurry, leaving from work, want to make your car POP for a special occasion. There are so many different reasons why we go through them. Also, for the most part they are relatively cheap compared to your local professional detailer. Most of them range form 5-20 dollars verses on average your detailer would charge anything from $50 for a basic hand wash to $150 to something more sophisticated. They tend to be cheaper because of the amount of volume the car wash can do in a single day. On average they can pump out more than 100 cars in a single day. Some other reason they are cheaper is quality of materials and products. How Are Car Washes Bad?
